Our technical director has been PMP certified since 2000 and obtained a master’s degree in Project Management from the Washington GWU Business School in 2006.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
PCMC ensures quality and health and safety at work.
The constant on site presence of a PCMC officer acting as a construction manager (CM) is ensured.
The main role of a CM is the coordination of the various subcontractor and the assistance to the director of the works. The construction manager and the design manager together perform a constant quality control activity.
The quality of the works is built-in because of the continuos and thorough control. This is how the correctness of construction is ensured while the works go on.
PCMC employs an SSL consultant (H&S manager) to verify on a preliminary basis, the preparatory documentation for entering the construction site produced by the subcontractors so as to have the H&S officer receives the correct documentation. The CM usually takes the role of supervisor and firefighting officer for PCMC. Every week CM and H&S manager attend the meeting with the H&S officer.
